Pfizer came up with a plan for Israel to give Palestine 1.4 million of their nearly out of date vaccines in exchange for the ones the PA purchased from them to be delivered in a month or so. Most of the ones Israel would send would have to be thrown away in a couple days while Israel would sit back and wait for delivery of Palestine's brand new doses sent directly to them by Pfizer.
