(The base was on alert for days before this stupid stunt took place. The guys seem to have told police they were paid to be there with the vans. The stuff in the back of the vans were probably fake bombs. Trump let the cat out of the bag because he's stupid and said they had been 'investigating' there guys for a while. If that is the case and they were real terrorists with real bombs, then why was it some random woman who called police on em and had it stopped? And why, if they were terrorists, did they simply pull over when cops flashed their lights on them? And why did the police and courts let them go on bail if they were planning a terrorist attack? This is stupid. Someone tried to set up a false flag event in order to blame Iran and the police and courts in the UK aren't as helpful to them as they are in the states.)

The five suspects were revealed to be British men, all in their 20s and from London. They had been arrested in the Gloucestershire countryside early on Sunday morning on suspicion of explosives offences and preparing an act of terrorism, with an Iranian link a key line of inquiry.
Their release on police bail suggests that detectives believe it unlikely they were on the brink of a mass casualty attack by exploding a bomb close to the base, sources said.
An Iranian link is still under investigation, as is whether any of the five were paid to gather in the village of Whelford, 2 miles from RAF Fairford.
The prime minister, Andy Burnham, called a meeting of the government’s crisis committee Cobra over the events in the Gloucestershire countryside and Iran’s possible role.
